Pick a report, an as-of date, a period and a scope, and the software calculates it on request from the register and the evidence record, exactly as the screens do. Nothing is kept separately, so there is no second set of numbers to reconcile. Each report carries the engine version, the rulebook content it used and a hash of the document, so a reader can tell whether what they hold is what was produced.
The Evidence summary for an insurer answers what an underwriter asks a policyholder: which consequential decisions the organisation makes with software, who answers for them, which requirements bind them, which control meets each one, and the evidence on file, on one day. Self-declared controls awaiting confirmation are listed but never counted as met.
On this screen you can
- Run Requirements and coverage, Evidence recorded, Outstanding items, Human review and case checks, Access and configuration changes, the Evidence summary for an insurer, or the whole Board pack.
- Download as Word, Excel, CSV or Markdown, or print to PDF.
- Save a report and compare the next run with it to see what moved.
- Scope a report to the whole organisation, one decision, or one AI system.
