Updates for your geography

Country first, then province, state or territory. Load what you operate in; leave the rest.

Rulebooks are organised by jurisdiction. Canada’s federal rulebook sits alongside Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Québec and Saskatchewan. The United States federal rulebook sits alongside California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington. The European Union and the United Kingdom each have theirs. Every province and state is selectable in set-up; those without a rulebook of their own are recorded honestly as federal-only until one exists.

Each rulebook is versioned. Every requirement in it traces to captured legal text with a source link and a capture date. When a jurisdiction amends a law or a regulator issues new guidance, a new version of that rulebook is released, and the What changed in the rules screen shows the differences and what they touch in your organisation.

Expanding into a new province or state is a matter of loading its rulebook and answering the few set-up questions it adds. Try a change lets you see the effect before you commit.
