The core is the engine and the screens: the set-up guide, the compiled plan, controls and evidence, case checks and human review, the signed evidence record, requests to others, reports, regulator layouts, signed statements and the change-impact view. It installs on a Windows computer for one user without administrator rights, or on a server your IT team runs for a whole organisation, with sign-in through your own identity provider.
Your data is ordinary files in a folder you control. There is no cloud account and no vendor database. Rulebook content is read-only input to the engine; your profile, controls, evidence and reports are yours and stay with you.
The core subscription covers the software, the general rulebooks for the jurisdictions you load, and the updates to both. Sector packs and additional jurisdictions are added as you need them.
