Set-up is a questionnaire in chapters: where you operate, what kind of organisation you are, who your decisions affect, who is accountable, then the parts of your business where software makes consequential decisions. Hiring, client service, pricing and approvals, marketing, risk and fraud, operations, staff tools, technology and vendors. Only questions that matter to the rulebooks you have loaded are asked.
You can stop and come back. Every answer is dated and attributed. If you do not know, say so: the plan stays as it was and the affected requirements are listed as waiting to confirm, which is a far better position than a confident guess. Later, a single “Has anything changed?” review brings everything up to date in one pass, and that review can itself be signed as evidence that it happened.
On this screen you can
- Pick your country first, then the provinces, states or territories you operate in. Rulebooks load to match.
- Describe the people who are accountable, and the roles they hold, before any department is asked for an owner.
- Tell the software what controls you already have. It proposes where they fit; a person confirms.
- Choose voluntary commitments beyond the law, such as ISO/IEC 42001 or the NIST AI RMF, with a recorded reason.
- Import an inventory of systems from a CSV, review it row by row, and approve what goes in.
