Shown with a modelled example organisation. Nothing on this screen is a real institution.

When someone outside needs assurance, an insurer, a procurement team or a business partner, a signed statement is a small file: what it is about, the scope, the date, the record it rests on, signed by a named person with the organisation’s key. The recipient can check it without being given access to your records.

The checker is built in, and works on any statement the software produced. A statement about a voluntary commitment, say ISO/IEC 42001 adoption, is kept separate from statements about legal requirements, so the two are never confused.

On this screen you can

  • Issue a statement about a decision class, a control, a commitment or a period.
  • Check a statement someone sent you, by pasting or uploading it.
  • See every statement the organisation has issued, and the entry in the record that backs it.
