Some requirements are met once: adopt a policy, appoint an officer. Others are met every single time: send an adverse-action notice within a set number of days, record a human review before a decision takes effect. Case checks takes the events your systems send in, applies the rule to each one, and reports how many passed, how many failed and which ones need attention.
A failed case has a “Put it right” link that leads to the missing evidence, to a request for it, or to that case’s own entries in the record. Late evidence is recorded as late, not as on time. That distinction matters to an auditor, and the software keeps it.
On this screen you can
- See pass and fail counts per rule, for the period you choose.
- Open the list of cases that need attention.
- Record the missing evidence with the case reference already filled in.
- Download the result as a Markdown report.
