Who we serve

Conditionary is built for organisations that answer to a regulator, and increasingly to an insurer. The same software, with the rulebooks and the sector pack for your industry.

Regulated businesses share a problem. The rules that govern their use of software and artificial intelligence are spread across dozens of statutes, regulations and supervisory guidelines, written by different bodies in different places, and they keep changing. The people who have to comply are not lawyers. They run credit, claims, clinical operations, benefits programs and control rooms.

Conditionary gives those people one working list of what applies, a place to keep the proof, and reports that the board, the regulator and the underwriter will recognise. Each industry below gets a sector pack: the instruments that bind that sector in every jurisdiction we cover, set-up questions in that industry’s language, and the evidence types its regulators expect.

And any organisation that uses AI with people on the other end

Privacy law, human rights law, employment rules on AI in hiring, consumer protection and the EU AI Act apply well beyond the sectors named here. If your software decides, scores, screens or recommends anything about a person, Conditionary's general rulebooks already cover you, and the sector packs add on top.

For the people who read the evidence

Insurers, brokers, auditors, procurement teams and examiners do not need an account. They receive signed statements they can verify, reports with the figures and the references behind them, and regulator layouts in the shape they asked for. If you underwrite or audit organisations that use AI, Conditionary is the evidence format your policyholders and clients can produce on request.
